Assistant Store Leader (Product)

About the role

SKIMS, a brand of underwear, loungewear and shapewear, is hiring an Assistant Store Leader (Product) in Glendale. Working closely with the Store Leader, you will own visual merchandising execution and product flow and deliver results through day-to-day leadership on the sales floor.

Key responsibilities

• Own the visual merchandising strategy and execution, keeping displays elevated, cohesive and aligned with the brand and business goals
• Drive results through merchandising decisions using product and store reporting, adjusting product flow and placement to increase productivity and sell-through
• Keep the floor zoned for a shoppable, customer-centric experience and monitor size integrity and replenishment
• Support product moves, visual updates and floor sets, including mannequins, windows and signage
• Train and coach Team Members on visual best practices, styling, product knowledge and selling behaviours
• Communicate with HQ VM and allocation partners on assortment, product opportunities and visual tools, and oversee visual tools, supplies and display inventory
• Be present on the floor during peak hours, coaching in the moment and collaborating on launches, capsule drops and marketing rollouts

Required profile

• 2-4 years of experience in a retail leadership role focused on visual merchandising, styling or customer experience
• Proven track record of driving sales through merchandising decisions and visual floor leadership
• Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills
• Ability to stand, move around the store, bend, reach and lift items up to 40 pounds regularly
• Full-time availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime; open availability
• Not an influencer
