Retail Store Supervisor – Full-Time

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full‑time Supervisor for its Levi's® Outlet Store in Lawrenceville, GA. The Supervisor will be a key member of the store management team, driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to grow revenue.
• Coach and mentor store associates, fostering a positive team culture.
• Manage daily store operations, maintaining efficiency and high standards.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and a welcoming shopping environment.
• Support leadership in achieving store and individual sales goals.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support, assist, and coach team members.
• Adherence to Levi's® store policies, procedures, and programs.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance targets.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 +.
