Retail Store Supervisor – Aurora, IL

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full‑time Supervisor for its Levi’s® outlet at Chicago Premium Outlets in Aurora, IL. You will join the store management team to drive sales, coach associates, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach and mentor team members, providing daily guidance and feedback.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory handling, visual standards, and safety compliance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lb, moving merchandise, and using ladders.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support and develop store associates.
• Commitment to Levi’s policies, procedures, and brand values.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
• Physically able to lift 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 or older.
