Retail Store Merchandising Associate

About the role

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is seeking experienced retail merchandisers to execute store resets, remodels, fixture installations, and merchandising projects for leading retailers across the United States. The role is part‑time, project‑based and offers flexible scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Execute retail resets, remodels, store sets, and merchandising projects according to client specifications.
• Read and implement planograms, build fixtures, install displays, and stock merchandise.
• Capture project photos and complete reporting using a mobile app.
• Work independently while meeting project deadlines and represent SRS professionally on‑site.

Required profile

• Prior experience in retail merchandising, reset, remodel, or installation.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lb and assembling fixtures.
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone with internet access.
• Strong attention to detail, dependable and able to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Ability to read and execute planograms.
• Proficiency with a mobile reporting app.
