Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates and supervisors to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee all store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to create an inviting shopping environment.
• Manage employee orientation, training and development initiatives to enhance team skills and performance.
• Handle recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and scheduling of staff to ensure optimal staffing levels during all shifts.
• Maintain accurate payroll, bookkeeping, and cash handling procedures in compliance with company policies.
• Implement effective marketing strategies within the store to boost sales and customer engagement while managing store budgets responsibly.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, store policies, and legal regulations at all times.

Required profile

• Proven management experience in retail or specialty stores with a focus on team supervision and sales management.
• Demonstrated skills in negotiation, customer service excellence, and employee orientation.
• Experience with inventory management systems (POS), bookkeeping, payroll processing, and cash handling procedures.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with leadership qualities that motivate teams toward shared goals.
