Retail Store Manager – Beauty Retail

About the role

Beauty 4U is expanding its footprint across the DMV area and seeks an entrepreneurial Store Manager to own and grow a high‑performing beauty retail location. You will be the face of the brand, driving financial results, operational excellence, and a vibrant store culture.

Key responsibilities

• Own the store’s financial health, meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a motivated team, ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Maintain premium visual standards, coordinating with marketing for displays, signage, and promotions.
• Collaborate with corporate departments (Data, Inventory, Marketing, HR) to optimize stock, share customer insights, and execute local events.
• Deliver an elite customer experience, handling escalations, building loyalty, and driving VIP program enrollment.
• Oversee inventory logistics, vendor orders, deliveries, and stockroom organization.
