Retail Store Manager – American Dream, East Rutherford

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead the American Dream location in East Rutherford, NJ. Reporting to the District Manager, you will shape the customer experience, drive sales, and uphold the brand’s values of originality, integrity, and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high‑performing store team.
• Oversee inventory control, payroll, visual merchandising, and daily store operations.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging shopping environment for all guests.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of store management experience in retail or apparel.
• Proven ability to achieve financial goals and manage operational budgets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lb, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
• Passion for Levi’s brands and a commitment to sustainability.
