Retail Stock Associate

About the role

As a Retail Stock Associate for Nespresso, you will support the boutique’s back‑of‑house and sales‑floor operations, ensuring customers can easily find their favorite coffees and products. You will work closely with teammates to keep the store stocked, organized, and safe while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound stock shipments, conduct inventory counts, and manage product transfers.
• Maintain an organized stockroom so items are quickly located by the sales team.
• Replenish merchandise on the boutique floor and assist sales associates as needed.
• Support a safe and clean boutique environment, including loss‑prevention and cleanliness tasks.

Required profile

• Reliable and available for open/close shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Patient and resourceful in a fast‑paced retail setting, able to troubleshoot on the spot.
• Physically capable of lifting boxes up to 50 lb, standing for long periods, and climbing ladders.
