Retail Sales Supervisor – Woodbury Commons

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Sales Supervisor to lead our Maje store at Woodbury Commons. In this position you will ensure an exceptional client experience while guiding and developing a team of sales associates.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, Paris‑inspired service to every customer, helping them find the perfect selections.
• Mentor, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain and reinforce the brand’s customer‑service standards across the floor.
• Support back‑of‑house operations, ensuring smooth stock flow and visual merchandising.
• Analyze sales data and provide feedback to senior management to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and a strong understanding of luxury or accessible‑luxury retail.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or team‑lead role within a retail environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire a team.
• Customer‑focused mindset and ability to build lasting client relationships.

• Retail point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Basic inventory management tools.
