About the role
Lead a team of field promoters in retail and event spaces to drive lead generation and local awareness for Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, staff, train, coach and motivate a team of field promoters.
- Attend weekly meetings with the management team and provide reporting and ROI metrics.
- Serve as the public face of Mad City, communicating directly with customers at events.
Required profile
- Valid driver’s license and weekend availability.
- Prior leadership experience and ability to build high‑performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend and work outdoors for 6‑8+ hours per day.
