Retail Merchandising Associate (Annapolis)

About the role

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is seeking experienced retail merchandisers to execute resets, remodels, fixture installations and other merchandising projects for leading retailers across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Execute retail resets, remodels, store sets and merchandising projects according to client planograms.
• Build fixtures, install displays, stock merchandise and set products to client specifications while maintaining high standards.
• Capture project photos and complete reporting using the company mobile app.
• Represent SRS professionally on‑site and meet project deadlines independently.

Required profile

• Prior experience in retail merchandising, reset, remodel or fixture installation.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lb and moving or assembling fixtures.
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone with internet access.
• Strong attention to detail, dependable and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Ability to read and execute planograms.
