Retail Manager in Training

About the role

The Salon Director in Training drives store performance, ensures superior client service, and maintains operational excellence. This position leads a team of Tanning Consultants, fostering a client‑centric environment while meeting sales and productivity goals.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast‑paced environment.
• Lead by example, creating a client‑centric experience and meeting personal sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional, clean salon and oversee inventory and sales reporting.
• Assist the Salon Director with revenue, expense control, and staffing to maximize productivity.

Required profile

• Management and/or sales experience required; beauty industry or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a 5‑day workweek (35‑45 hrs).
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team‑building skills.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Problem‑solving, organizational, and planning abilities.
