Retail Execution Merchandiser – Charlottesville, VA

About the role

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is seeking experienced retail merchandisers to execute resets, remodels, fixture installations and other merchandising projects for leading retailers across the United States. This part‑time position allows you to work independently, deliver high‑quality results, and enjoy flexible scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Execute retail resets, remodels, store sets and merchandising projects accordingli to client planograms.
• Build fixtures, install displays and stock merchandise while adhering to brand standards.
• Capture project photos and complete reporting using SRS’s mobile application.
• Work independently to meet project deadlines and represent SRS professionally on‑site.

Required profile

• Prior experience in retail merchandising, reset, remodel or fixture installation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and assemble fixtures safely.
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone with internet access.
• Strong attention to detail, dependable and able to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Reading and executing planograms.
• Using a mobile app for photo capture and reporting.
