Retail Connections Specialist

About the role

The Retail Connections Specialist will help bring the Corona Brand Family to life by designing and executing multicultural retail campaigns that drive sales and consumer engagement at the point of purchase. You will work closely with internal marketing, sales, and insights teams as well as external agencies and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a year‑round promotion calendar and integrated retail campaigns for the Corona Brand Family.
• Create, manage, and evaluate point‑of‑sale (POS) programming and creative assets.
• Coordinate with creative agencies and vendors to deliver retail‑focused promotional tools.
• Support annual strategic planning, aligning marketing, sales, and consumer insights.
• Oversee fulfillment agencies and vendors for POS material production.
• Track and report the effectiveness of promotional programs.
• Assist with budget management, purchase‑order entry, invoice reconciliation, and monthly forecasting.
• Maintain communication with marketing and distributor stakeholders.
• Recommend and implement retail promotional plans for new product launches and line extensions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, business, or communications.
• 1‑3 years of agency or supplier‑side experience in the beverage or CPG industry.
• Creative, innovative self‑starter with strong organizational abilities.
• Passion for brand building through sports, culture, trends, and partnerships.
• Ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Strong written and presentation communication skills.
• Willingness to learn brand strategy and apply it across consumer touchpoints.
