Retail Client Advisor – Part‑Time

About the role

As a Part‑Time Client Advisor at Boll & Branch, you will guide customers through the entire shopping journey, delivering personalized design recommendations and exceptional hospitality in our Chestnut Hill store.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine hospitality and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Provide in‑store, virtual, and in‑home design consultations, offering personalized product recommendations.
• Achieve individual sales goals and support collaborative selling with teammates.
• Maintain store visual standards, handle opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and loss‑prevention tasks.
• Participate in community events, store events, and designer partnerships to strengthen brand presence.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or specialty retail.
• Passion for hospitality and building meaningful customer relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a positive, customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lb, and perform in‑home services (with reasonable accommodation).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Sheets).
• Experience using POS systems and other retail technology.
