Retail Client Advisor

About the role

As a Retail Client Advisor at Boll & Branch, you will guide customers through a personalized shopping journey, delivering exceptional hospitality and helping them create sleep‑focused spaces. The role blends in‑store, virtual, and in‑home design consultations to ensure memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine hospitality and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Conduct in‑store, virtual, and in‑home design consultations, assisting customers in designing their sleep spaces.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Maintain visual standards, store readiness, and execute visual merchandising directives.
• Handle opening/closing duties, cash handling, register reconciliation, and act as a key holder.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or specialty retail.
• Passion for hospitality and building meaningful customer relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive, customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lb, and perform in‑home services (with reasonable accommodation).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Sheets).
• Experience using POS systems and other retail technology.
