Retail Brand Marketing Specialist II (NYC)

About the role

This position sits on Nike's NYC Retail Brand Marketing team and reports to the NYC Retail Marketing Director. The Specialist will work daily with North America Partners Marketing, Retail Marketing, Brand Management, Marketplace teams and external agency partners to create consumer‑led retail experiences across wholesale partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end go‑to‑market plans, from ideation through execution, that blend digital and physical experiences.
• Shape and deliver retail marketing plans that connect with New York City consumers.
• Develop clear briefs, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and drive projects from concept to recap.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including agency partners, to ensure brand consistency in the marketplace.
• Influence functional teams and manage cross‑functional projects to meet brand priorities and business goals.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in retail brand marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Deep knowledge of the New York City retail landscape.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, creative problem‑solver, and comfortable working in a matrixed organization.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and project‑leadership abilities.
• Curiosity about consumer culture and a results‑oriented attitude.
