Retail Assistant Store Manager

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Retail Assistant Store Manager to join the brand‑new Kendra Scott store at Tanger Outlets in Sevierville, TN, slated to open in August 2026. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will help shape the store’s strategy, drive sales, and ensure every guest receives a memorable “WOW” experience.

Key responsibilities

• Model and coach “WOW” service standards, ensuring every guest feels valued and part of the Kendra Scott family.
• Partner with the Store Manager to develop short‑ and long‑term business plans that meet revenue targets and key performance indicators.
• Take ownership of a specific operational area, overseeing inventory, shrink control, and audit compliance.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members, providing feedback, recognition, and coaching to build high‑performing sales associates.
• Lead community and philanthropic initiatives that increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the store.
• Uphold integrity and trust by following company policies, asset‑protection standards, and ethical decision‑making.
