About the role
Join a busy Dunkin’ restaurant as a Team Member, where you will prepare food and beverages, deliver friendly service, and keep the workspace clean and safe. This entry‑level position is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast‑paced environments and interacting with guests.
Key responsibilities
- Follow brand standards, recipes, and food safety procedures.
- Prepare and assemble food and beverage orders accurately.
- Take orders at the Drive‑Thru or Front Counter and handle payments when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and service areas.
- Stock supplies such as cups and lids, and organize the stock room and refrigerated areas.
- Deliver orders quickly while meeting speed‑of‑service standards.
- Communicate effectively with guests, managers, and coworkers.
Required profile
- At least 18 years old; high school diploma or GED preferred.
- Works well in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Demonstrates honesty, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to change, and stay guest‑focused.
Required skills
- Food preparation.
- Food safety compliance.
- POS cash handling.
