About the role
Join Arby's as a Restaurant Team Member and help deliver the brand’s signature Meatcraft experience. You’ll work in a fast‑paced environment, serving high‑quality proteins and crave‑worthy sides while ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve menu items according to Arby's standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service and handle transactions.
- Support team members during busy periods and assist with opening/closing duties.
Required profile
- At least 16 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
