Restaurant Server – Upscale Dining

About the role

Landmark Hospitality is seeking experienced restaurant servers to deliver memorable service in its upscale venues across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The role involves interacting with guests, taking orders, and ensuring a smooth dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide memorable customer service and greet guests.
• Take guest orders, deliver food and drinks, and assist with payment processing.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to maintain efficient operations.
• Offer menu suggestions, personalize meals, and answer menu questions.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitize service tools, and restock condiments.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of fine‑dining experience.
• Professional appearance and ability to wash dishes when needed.
• Strong customer‑service habits, including greeting regulars and new guests.
• Capability to run errands for customers within the restaurant.
• Knowledge of proper payment handling and guest check control.
