About the role
Landmark Hospitality, a leading upscale hospitality group operating iconic venues in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, is seeking a passionate Restaurant Manager. This full‑time position will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, from guest experience to financial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Full availability on nights and weekends, with nightly restaurant closing duties.
- Manage the front door with the hostess team, ensuring guests are properly confirmed and checked‑in.
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives with the marketing department.
- Maintain SOPs related to sales, expenses, and overall operations.
- Oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and beverage purchasing to meet budget goals.
- Onboard new team members and manage staffing to meet payroll targets.
- Implement, oversee, and maintain all company policies.
- Full P&L management, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
