Restaurant Manager

About the role

Cracker Barrel is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations at its Tewksbury location. You will combine a passion for hospitality with strong management skills to create memorable guest experiences while driving business results.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and labor laws.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Willingness to work 50 hours per week, including holidays and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and fluency in English.

Required skills

• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle fast‑paced, high‑volume restaurant environments.
