Host – Guest Welcome Specialist

About the role

As a Host at Cracker Barrel in Tewksbury, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment they walk in. You will help keep the dining room flowing smoothly by managing the waitlist and preparing tables for the next party.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly smile and escort them to the waiting area.
• Manage the waitlist, update guests on wait times, and ensure tables are ready for the next group.
• Maintain a clean and organized host station and dining area.
