Rocco's Tacos and Tequila Bar in Boca, FL is seeking an energetic Restaurant Manager to lead both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while overseeing daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of front and back of house, ensuring smooth service flow.
• Lead by example to provide top‑tier guest service and resolve concerns professionally.
• Organise and supervise staff during shifts, maintaining health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Assist the General Manager with hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Develop team members in service excellence and uphold brand standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience in a high‑volume setting.
• Proven leadership and team‑development abilities.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible full‑time hours, typically 11‑hour shifts.
• Hands‑on, positive attitude with a passion for hospitality.
