About the role

Join Landmark Hospitality as a Host at one of its iconic venues. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming dining experience.

Key responsibilities

Take and manage reservations, organizing them on the seating chart.
Greet guests, seat them, provide menus, and balance tables across servers.
Maintain the hostess station, handle waitlists, and assist with large party arrangements.
Communicate with servers to keep the seating chart balanced and address any issues during the shift.

Required profile

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and stamina for standing/walking throughout the shift.
Ability to remain patient and polite with frustrated guests and resolve concerns effectively.
Team player who communicates clearly and can adapt to changing situations.
