About the role
As a Host at Double Zero, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they walk in. You will manage reservations, seat guests efficiently, and ensure the dining room runs smoothly. This role is essential to delivering a memorable Southern Italian dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with genuine hospitality.
- Manage reservations, seating assignments, and waitlists.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient dining room environment.
Required profile
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, climb and work in small spaces with high mobility.
- Stand and walk for extended periods during busy service without breaks.
- Lift or move up to 50 pounds unassisted.
