About the role

As a Taco Bell Restaurant General Manager Trainee (RGMT), you will oversee the entire restaurant operation and build a strong team that consistently delivers great food and a friendly experience to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Find, hire, and develop restaurant team members and shift managers.
• Conduct new‑hire orientation and create individualized training plans.
• Schedule and deploy staff effectively to meet business needs.
• Address performance issues promptly and constructively.
• Manage the restaurant budget, financial plans, and cost controls.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass a background check and hold a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• At least 3 years of general management experience in food service (fast‑food experience a plus).
• Strong business math, accounting, analytical and decision‑making abilities.
• Basic computer literacy and the ability to work varied schedules, including nights and weekends.
