About the role
The Taco Bell Service Champion is the first face customers see and the first voice they hear, setting the tone for the customer experience. The role is based at 1107 Grand Caillou Road in Houma, Louisiana, and involves serving customers with tasty food and great service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers in the restaurant
- Take orders and handle payment, then thank customers
- Prepare food and assist in resolving service or food issues
- Maintain food-safety standards
- Keep the work and dining area clean and safe
- Be knowledgeable about menu items and promotions
