Restaurant Crewmember

About the role

Join the Raising Cane’s restaurant team as a Crewmember, where you’ll work in a fast‑paced, fun environment serving customers and supporting daily operations. This entry‑level position is open to candidates with or without prior restaurant experience, and you’ll receive paid training to help you succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve menu items according to company standards.
• Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining and kitchen area, including lifting and moving supplies up to 50 lb.
• Provide friendly, courteous service to guests, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including stocking, cleaning, and equipment checks.

Required profile

• Team‑player attitude with strong communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules including opening, closing, and late‑night shifts.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety and food‑handling procedures.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, kneel, and lift moderate weights.

Required skills

• Basic math for cash handling.
• Ability to operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
