About the role

Join Chipotle’s fast‑casual restaurants as a Crew Member, where you’ll help prepare fresh, responsibly sourced food and deliver a friendly guest experience. No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will equip you to work at any station in the restaurant.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items by hand, following Chipotle’s food safety standards.
• Operate the grill, prep stations, salsa bar, and expo area as needed.
• Handle cash register and point‑of‑sale transactions with accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dishwashing and sanitizing surfaces.
• Provide courteous, prompt service to guests, answering questions and addressing concerns.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for serving customers and teammates.
• Willingness to learn food preparation techniques and restaurant operations.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location.
