About the role

The Restaurant Crew Member will work full‑time at TAP’s new 5th Ave location in Manhattan, supporting daily operations in a fast‑casual Brazilian café. You will prepare menu items, assist with cooking and food assembly, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare menu items to TAP standards and assist with cooking and food assembly.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Greet guests, take orders, answer menu questions, and deliver a friendly, welcoming experience.
• Restock supplies and collaborate with coworkers to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Required profile

• Experience in food preparation and cooking with attention to quality and consistency.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and follow standardized procedures.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; basic English proficiency required.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a collaborative mindset; additional languages such as Portuguese or Spanish are a plus.
