About the role
As a Crew Member at Wendy’s you will join a fast‑food team that serves customers daily, delivering quality food and friendly service. You’ll work in a dynamic restaurant environment with flexible scheduling options.
Key responsibilities
- Operate restaurant equipment such as headsets, POS registers and grills.
- Prepare menu items following brand standards.
- Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
- Maintain a clean and safe dining and work area.
- Stand and move throughout the shift as required.
Required profile
- Positive attitude and willingness to help teammates and customers.
- Eagerness to learn and follow procedures.
- Proactive in correcting issues when they arise.
Required skills
- POS register operation

- Headset usage for communication
