Restaurant Crew Member – Entry Level

About the role

Raising Cane’s is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join its restaurant team as Crew Members. This entry‑level position is open to candidates with or without prior food‑service experience and involves working a variety of shifts, including opening, closing and drive‑through.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, fast and accurate service to guests at the counter, drive‑through and dining area.
• Prepare menu items according to company standards, ensuring quality and safety.
• Handle cash and POS transactions responsibly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining area and kitchen.
• Assist with opening and closing duties such as stocking, cleaning and equipment checks.

Required profile

• Team‑player with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work flexible schedules.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.

Required skills

• Basic cash handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
• Ability to follow food‑safety and hygiene procedures.
