About the role

Join Wonder’s fast‑growing restaurant team in Downtown Brooklyn and help bring Michelin‑starred and celebrity‑chef menus to life. As a Crew Member you’ll prepare food, serve guests, and keep the restaurant spotless while enjoying a supportive, high‑energy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare menu items to Wonder standards, maintain clean and stocked stations, and follow HACCP food‑safety guidelines.
• Manage inventory scans, portion packaging, and verify order accuracy before dispatch.
• Greet guests, take orders, handle payments, and assist with the Wonder app and delivery operations.
• Maintain top‑tier sanitation in kitchen and dining areas, restock cookware, and manage waste responsibly.
• Support teammates, participate in light local marketing, and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• At least 6 months experience in a fast‑paced kitchen or customer‑facing role.
• Ability to work quickly, accurately, and with strong attention to detail.
• Must be 18+, legally authorized to work in the US, able to lift 50 lb and stand for full shifts.
• Weekend availability and willingness to obtain a Food Handler Certification if required.

Required skills

• Food safety knowledge (HACCP).
• Inventory scanning and portion control.
