Resident Services Manager – The Stacks

About the role

The Resident Services Manager for The Stacks community is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support to residents, handling service requests, accounting and rental issues, and coordinating resident‑focused activities that drive retention and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Attend and contribute to marketing meetings to align programming and communications.
• Manage the monthly resident event calendar and organize community functions such as parties, welcome gifts, and birthday cards.
• Resolve resident complaints and inquiries about rent, fees, and service requests within 24 hours.
• Develop and distribute resident communications, including newsletters, surveys, and lease‑violation letters.
• Monitor property appearance, curb appeal, and ensure leasing office and model units are ready for tours daily.
• Review nightly and incident reports, follow up on lease violations, and coordinate emergency maintenance with vendors.
• Oversee, support, and mentor the concierge team to maintain service excellence.
• Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses and organizations.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to address resident concerns promptly.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage events and daily operational tasks.
• Experience in coordinating resident events and community communications.
• Leadership capability to mentor and guide a concierge team.
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, leasing, and maintenance teams.

Required skills

What we offer

• Hourly compensation ranging from $28 to $30.
• Eligibility for quarterly or annual bonus programs based on performance.
