Resident Service Manager - One South Market

About the role

Greystar is hiring a Resident Service Manager for One South Market, a stabilized high-rise apartment community of 312 units. The role manages customer support for residents by helping with service requests, accounting and rental issues, and coordinating other resident-related functions to support resident retention. The schedule is Friday through Tuesday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, with Wednesday and Thursday off.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve resident complaints and concerns promptly and answer questions about rent and fee payments.
• Complete call-backs on all service requests within 24 hours.
• Create and coordinate resident communications such as newsletters, surveys and lease violation letters.
• Organize resident events such as parties, birthday cards, welcome gifts and unit visits.
• Check the appearance, curb appeal, landscape, office environment and vacancies daily, and make sure the leasing office, tour path and models are ready for show.
• Review nightly reports from the Courtesy Patrol Officer and Valet Living, and follow up on incidents and lease violations.
• Monitor the front desk phone and email and return calls and messages as needed.
• Prepare community access keys and fobs for move-in, and help coordinate vendors and resident communication during emergency maintenance.

Required profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience.
• Able to meet resident satisfaction and retention goals.
