Resident Service Manager

About the role

The Resident Service Manager supports residents at One South Market, a 312‑unit high‑rise community. Working Friday through Tuesday, the role focuses on resident satisfaction, retention, and smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve resident complaints, rent and fee inquiries, and service requests promptly.
• Complete call‑backs on all service requests within 24 hours.
• Create and distribute resident communications such as newsletters, surveys, and lease violation letters.
• Organize resident events, welcome gifts, birthday cards, and unit visits.
• Maintain curb appeal, landscape, office environment, and ensure leasing office and model units are ready for tours daily.
• Review nightly reports from Courtesy Patrol and Valet Living, following up on incidents and lease violations.
• Monitor front desk phone and email, returning messages as needed.
• Prepare community access keys/fobs for move‑ins and coordinate vendors during emergency maintenance.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in resident services or property management.
• Demonstrated ability to meet resident satisfaction and retention goals.
• Strong communication skills for creating newsletters, surveys, and other resident outreach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, including event coordination and daily property inspections.
