Requirements Manager (Air Force / Space Team)

About the role

MANTECH is seeking a Requirements Manager to join its Air Force / Space team at Eglin AFB. The position supports the United States Air Force's 53rd Wing Technical Support Services (53rd WTSS) contract and ensures that software and product development projects meet all the necessary requirements. The manager gathers, documents, analyzes and manages requirements across the entire development lifecycle, working closely with clients, users and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify stakeholder needs through interviews, surveys and workshops.
• Create clear requirement specifications shared by client and development team.
• Track and manage requirements throughout development, documenting and communicating changes.
• Maintain equipment traceability from requirements identification to delivery.
• Identify requirements-related risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure the final product meets quality standards and user needs.
• Communicate regularly with colleagues, management and customers, including presenting information accurately.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or 2 additional years of experience in place of a degree.
• 2+ years of direct or related experience.
• Current active Top Secret clearance and ability to obtain and maintain a DoD TS/SCI-eligible clearance before starting.
• Eligibility for access to Special Access Program information and willingness to submit to a polygraph.
• Ability to stay seated 50% of the time and to operate computers and office equipment.

• Knowledge of relevant technologies.
