Rental Team Lead

About the role

The Rental Team Lead will manage the day‑to‑day business activities of our Cincinnati location, ensuring that rental services meet the company’s standards of excellence. This role combines operational oversight, customer service, and team leadership to drive revenue growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Support revenue growth by collaborating with business development representatives.
• Control costs to maximise profit for the location.
• Select, train, and discipline staff to maintain a high‑performing team.
• Schedule and oversee delivery, pick‑up, and processing of equipment while ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.
• Participate in customer service, equipment delivery and pick‑up as needed.
• Maintain adequate rental and supply inventories.
• Prepare location reports, including billing tickets, vehicle reports, payroll, overtime, and expenses.
• Engage directly with customers for sales and collections efforts.
• Provide on‑call support according to branch staffing.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in business operations, preferably within the medical equipment industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent time‑management and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work effectively as part of a team.
