Renovation Superintendent II

About the role

The Renovation Superintendent II leads property inspections, repairs, and renovation projects for Main Street Renewal homes in the Charlotte metro area. This full‑time, onsite position reports to the Branch Area Manager and ensures homes meet company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct move‑out and turnover inspections, identify required repairs, and develop budgets based on approved pricing.
• Schedule, oversee, and quality‑check all renovation activities, managing vendors and contractors.
• Perform hands‑on repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, paint, rekeying, and light carpentry.
• Document the rehab process with before/after photos and manage punch‑list completion.

Required profile

• HS Diploma or GED; 3+ years of residential renovation or maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lb, work on ladders, and travel to multiple properties.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer‑service skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Hands‑on experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, rekeying, and light carpentry.
