Renewals Specialist – Hybrid (Houston, TX / Calgary)

About the role

The Renewals Specialist will manage volume renewal transactions for assigned markets, acting as the subject‑matter expert on commercial renewal processes. You will work closely with the AVEVA sales team and customers to ensure timely and accurate renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve renewal quota and objectives, including on‑time and escalated contract renewals.
• Identify expansion opportunities and forward them to the appropriate teams.
• Manage the end‑to‑end renewal process: understand customer requirements, introduce the renewal cycle, create and issue quotations, forecast renewal opportunity status, track purchase orders, and close renewals on time.
• Maintain accurate renewal data in Salesforce.com and generate renewal reports.
• Provide quotation and process support to Sales Account Managers and Customer Success Managers.
• Support continuous improvement of renewal processes and report on late renewals, migration, and churn.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of renewal processes, policies, and pricing.
• Experience in a customer‑facing administrative role such as Sales Administrator or Customer Support Administrator.
• Early‑career sales professional seeking experience in a volume‑business model.
• Fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.
