Renewals Associate

About the role

Ncontracts is seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Renewals Associate to manage client renewal processes and support long‑term customer relationships in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of client contract renewals, ensuring timely completion and addressing operational delays.
• Issue renewal agreements via DocuSign and conduct proactive follow‑ups with account stakeholders.
• Facilitate client meetings, escalate disengaged accounts, and maintain precise interaction records in Salesforce.
• Update internal tracking tools and finalize completed renewals within Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Utilize AI productivity tools and spreadsheet reporting to optimise renewal tracking workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in renewals, customer success, finance, or account management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, excellent verbal and written communication, proactive problem‑solving and robust task‑management abilities.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range of $65,000 – $75,000 per year
