Remote Web UI Developer (React/TypeScript)

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Web UI Developer to join our product team on a contract basis. You will work closely with product managers, designers and backend engineers to deliver high‑quality, responsive user interfaces built with React and TypeScript.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reusable UI components using React and TypeScript.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to translate business requirements into elegant, accessible interfaces.
• Champion UI best practices, performance optimisation, and code quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor peers on front‑end engineering standards.
• Identify and resolve UI/UX issues proactively to improve product usability.

Required profile

• Proven experience building web applications with React and TypeScript.
• Demonstrated ability to create complex, responsive UI architectures.
• Strong foundation in modern JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Proficiency with Git and agile development methodologies.
• Experience ensuring cross‑browser compatibility and adhering to web accessibility standards.
