About the role

As a Remote Truck Dispatcher you will coordinate driver schedules and routes to ensure timely, efficient deliveries. Working from home, you will act as the central hub between drivers, clients, and logistics teams, handling real‑time updates and problem solving.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimize truck drivers’ schedules and routes.
• Communicate route updates and delivery status to drivers and clients.
• Monitor driver progress via GPS tracking systems.
• Resolve delays, breakdowns, weather impacts, and emergency situations.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and trip details.
• Ensure compliance with trucking regulations and safety standards.
• Minimize logistics costs and downtime.

Required profile

• Experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation management.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to make quick decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with dispatch software.
• Experience using GPS tracking systems.
• Familiarity with communication tools for driver coordination.
