Remote Therapist – Older Adults (Michigan Telehealth)

About the role

Provide evidence‑based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth, working from home with a flexible schedule. Sailor Health supplies patients, handles administrative tasks, and offers clinical support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality virtual psychotherapy sessions to seniors.
• Develop personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Document care efficiently using the company’s EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in paid case consultations and collaborative team meetings.

Required profile

• Active, independent clinical license in Michigan (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent).
• Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience or strong interest in working with geriatric populations.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

Required skills

• Proficiency with telehealth video platforms.
• Use of electronic health record (EMR) systems.
• Basic knowledge of Medicare billing (preferred).
