Remote Medical Doctor – $130‑$180/hr AI Evaluation

About the role

This remote, contract-based position invites board‑certified physicians and senior residents to apply their clinical expertise to advanced AI research. You will design realistic patient scenarios, evaluate AI‑generated medical responses, and help improve the safety and accuracy of next‑generation AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design clinically realistic prompts and patient scenarios aligned with your specialty.
• Develop high‑quality reference responses that demonstrate attending‑level reasoning.
• Evaluate and grade AI‑generated medical outputs using structured criteria.
• Assess diagnostic reasoning, treatment planning, risk stratification, and guideline adherence.
• Provide detailed written feedback to enhance AI accuracy and safety.
• Participate in onboarding and specialty calibration sessions.

Required profile

• Board‑certified attending physicians with an active, unrestricted medical license.
• Final‑year residents or recent graduates (board‑eligible) with a valid license.
• Fellows who are board‑certified or board‑eligible in their primary specialty.
• Strong clinical reasoning and evidence‑based decision‑making skills.
• Excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
