Remote Customer Support Representative – Collections & Escrow

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional client support, manage collections and overdue payments, and act as the Escrow Representative for our global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support in a remote environment.
• Manage collections, overdue payments, and account receivables.
• Coordinate escrow payments and transactions with partners across the designated region.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and client correspondence.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, collections, account receivables, or escrow operations.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently, maintain productivity, and handle confidential financial information with discretion.

Required skills

• Knowledge of escrow laws and financial compliance frameworks.
• Experience with reconciliation, invoicing, and payment processing.
