Corporate Development Lead

About the role

The Corporate Development Lead will act as a strategic partner to Rivet’s executive team, evaluating growth opportunities, supporting board and investor relations, and driving key initiatives from concept to execution. This senior position requires strong analytical abilities and the capacity to translate strategy into operational results.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic growth opportunities such as partnerships, investments, and acquisitions.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business opportunity assessments to inform long‑term planning.
• Negotiate and manage strategic commercial partnerships and supplier agreements.
• Prepare board materials, investor updates, and support strategic planning discussions.
• Lead cross‑functional projects and special initiatives on behalf of the executive team.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, corporate development, or strategic finance.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction with executives, investors, and external partners.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders in fast‑paced environments.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
