About the role
Northwest is seeking part‑time tellers to join its retail network in Washington. As a front‑line representative, you will deliver excellent customer service, process transactions efficiently, and help identify customers' financial needs.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, answer questions, resolve issues, and refer complex needs to appropriate specialists.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions while maintaining accurate cash handling and balancing the teller drawer daily.
- Participate in branch meetings, dual‑control vault and ATM balancing, and opening/closing tasks.
- Promote the bank’s products and services, contributing to financial‑wellness and sales goals.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; customer‑service experience preferred.
- Ability to build effective relationships, listen actively, and make sound decisions.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using teller systems and other banking software.
